Let me tell you what you can expect as a wine club member.
You are going to receive 3 bottles, four times over the course of the year consolidated and shipped in April and November. Or if it is an option, you can always pick your shipment at the winery. These are hand-selected bottles that we agonize over. We make these wines specifically for our wine club family. They are curated for you to enjoy over the course of a year. Pinot Noir for Thanksgiving and the holidays, Tempranillo for the hearty rich foods of mid-winter, Syrah for the lively fresh foods of spring, and Viognier for the warm patio life of summer.
You will also have access to our “Imagination Series” wines with our own hand painted labels. This selection of 3 bottles is optional but nearly all members love the variety of a Grenache, an “old vine” Chardonnay, or our coveted “Inverse” (80% Viognier, 20% Syrah whole berries). This selection arrives in the early fall or is included in your shipment of holiday wines.
As a Dominio IV Wine Club family member, you will receive the good stuff.
First off, you are rewarded with 18% off our family wines. The average annual cost was $320 last year for a 12 bottles allocation.
How about access to our 75+ different bottlings over 16 vintages? We will curate these little gems for you as well. Just call or text our wine club family specialist, Stephen Fouch at the tasting room (971) 261-7781 or via email at Stephen@dominiowines.com and he will help in any way possible to get you the wines you desire.
Wine club family members also get free wine flights at the tasting room and festive release parties. For those who live in other parts of the country, you can gift your tasting to anyone visiting Oregon.
If you are in Oregon, plan a stay at the Three Sleeps Bed and Breakfast on the vineyard in the Columbia Gorge. Liz and Glenn Bartholomew will graciously host you at their lovely inn at the vineyard. www.threesleepsvineyardbandb.com
We have been making a lovely collection of wines since 2002. We now have two estate vineyards. The Three Sleeps Vineyard in The Columbia Gorge planted in 2002 to Tempranillo, Syrah, and Viognier and now we have added our 82-acre farm in the Willamette Valley’s Yamhill-Carlton AVA. We planted the Three Sleeps Vineyard in 2002 so we could grow vines that soak up the sun and produce deep, dense wines with a long life in the bottle. Partnering with Scott and Sarah Burg in 2015 to purchase “the Farm” in Carlton is a dream come true. We now have 10 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, 32 acres of Hazelnuts, and 5 acres of Royal Anne Cherries. The soils and vines of “the farm” are some of the most spectacular in Oregon. Absolutely fantastic!
I suggest that you spend the first year trying the full expression of Dominio IV wines, then tailor your next year to the wines that speak to you. Now doesn’t that sound like a good plan?
Feel free to give me a ring with any questions or email me at Patrick@dominiowines.com to just say hi.
